Bekasi – Class 23-6SP presented a theatre performance entitled “Breathe The Beat” written by Juna Bei and Jeremia Liyadi. The production was held on Friday, 24 January 2020, at The Amani Palladium Theater, LSPR Trans Park Juanda, Bekasi. This performance is the result of guidance from Ms. Greta Arianti Mulyosantoso, S.I.Kom as a Lecturer of Introduction to Performing Arts Communication, and Ms. Reska Primadita, S.I.Kom as Assistant Lecturer for Introduction to Performing Arts Communication.
Breathe the Beat had yet again decided to come back with another season of their dance competition “Breathe the Beat 2”. IMPACT, winner from the last season was very excited to be a part of it for the second time. Sadly, the process hasn’t been the smoothest since two of their group members Lady and Mira decided to leave the group. Regina and Clara didn’t have much choice but to recruit new members to replace those who had left.
Regina and Clara finally found new members, Amei Stasya, and Titik through an audition they held. Impact was led by Regina who strongly demanded perfection from its members, because there were new competitors, Lady and Mira, who formed the new group and were able to participate in and win “Breathe The Beat 2” competition. However, in the end Impact won the competition again, unfortunately the competition is the last competition to be participated in by Clara, one of Impact’s longtime members, because she has been recruited by Bright Dance Company.
The theatre performance was successfully held because of Zalfaa Nafi’s hard work as Production Manager, Jeremiah Liyadi as Director, Intan Permata Sari as Assistant Director, Production Team, Set Design, Properties Team, Stage Crew, Make-up and Wardrobe Team, Lighting & Sound Designer, Front of the House Team, Marketing & Publicity Team, and most recently the entire Main Cast and Supporting Cast Breathe The Beat Theatre.
