Bekasi – Class 23-2SP featured a theatre performance entitled “Memento Mori” written by Viola Sekar Arsanti and Charity Sarah Dias. The performance was held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at The Amani Palladium theatre, LSPR Transpark Juanda, Bekasi. 23-2SP’s production was guided by Ms.Karina Indah Septiani, S.I.Kom, Lecturer of Introduction to Performing Arts Communication, and Mr. Cedric Louise Tanamas, S.I.Kom, Assistant Lecturer.
The performance was the story of Sam and his friends spending the last day of their school playing monopoly at Sam’s house, but they changed plans when Sam discovered a mysterious box under a bookshelf. Out of curiosity, Sam brought the box to his friends. When they play the game, they are suddenly taken to another dimension of the game. Sam and his friends must play their roles and find a way out while they are pursued by a werewolf. Their roles were a queen, guardian, werewolf, villager, hunter and seer.
Apparently the mastermind of this game is trickster. This game is complicated because they have to find out who is becoming a werewolf. One by one Sam’s friends die because they were killed by werewolves. Sam is left alive and Sam manages to return home. Sam thinks it’s a dream, but apparently tricksters come and kill Sam.
The production was successfully held because of the hard work of Jessica Tirza Setyadi. Production Manager; Azriel Lazarro, Director; Dominikus Savio Dyota Asstistant Director and the production team, set design, sponsorship, marketing, lighting and sound, costume and makeup, properties, stage crew, stage manager, choreographer, music, usher and cast.
