Pre Competition Concert LSPR Choir Goes to Austria

LSPR Choir proudly present: Pre Competition Concert “Melody of Factory” LSPR Choir Goes to The 14^th International Choir  Competition Festival  Bad Ischl, Austria on April, 6^th 2018 in Prof. Dr. Djayusman and Performance Hall. Pre competition concert was held in order to showed a performance that would be raised on international competition at Bad Ischl, Austria, and also to gained support from parents, family, friends, also the staffs of Lspr. Lspr Choir has practiced over the last 8 months to made them ready facing the competition.

The event opened with a speech delivered by Mrs. Prita Kemal Gani, MBA, MCIPR, APR as Founder and Director of LSPR Jakarta who with great pride and joy also tell the various achievements that have been achieved by LSPR Choir.

There were three categories showed by LSPR Choir members such as pop, grand prix, and folklore. The pop category was chosen as the opening act for the show, as well as four songs from Michael Jackson are Triller, I’ll be there, Man in the Mirror, and Black and White. The show continued with the performance of Vicky and Friends sang the songs can’t help falling in love with you by Haley Reinhart and all I ask by Adele. Then performances by LSPR Choir Senior Team sang homeward bound  and you have more friends.

The next show is the grand prix category with the song izar ederrak and merencong rencong. Then the event showed the special appearance of Wendy Marc with a song titled rame-rame. LSPR choir junior team came up with song titled sirih kuning and kicir-kicir. Then Vicky’s and friends present song titled Indonesia Jiwa.

The event continued with performance from fourth category of folklore, LSPR Choir sang four songs: Janger, Soleram, Cublak Cublak Suweng, and closed with Yamko Rambe Yamko. Not only singing, but they also add the enthusiasm of the performance by featuring theatrical movements and dance. At the end of the event, a ceremony was held for asked for the blessing of the parents of the participants led by Mr. Imanuel Hutagalung as Head of Deputy Director III. There were also some videos from the parents who showed their pride and prayers for the success of LSPR Choir team.The ceremony was closed with the National flag and LSPR flag delivery from representatives of Kopertis III and Mrs. Prita Kemal Gani, MBA, MCIPR, APR to Mr. Imanuel Hutagalung and Conductor from LSPR Choir, Mr. Giovani Tomasoa.
