We also need to have a good exercise schedule. Stay at Home as we are at the moment provides a positive energy in ourselves. We also need to maintain a healthy diet, by eating regularly, and balanced nutrition, such as vegetables and fruit to increase body immunity.

Stay at Home changes our behavior a lot, including self-control. We can control ourselves by not going to the mall, not hanging out, being more patient in every desire. When we Stay at Home, our worship becomes routine and diligent, making ourselves calmer.

We also need to regulate sleep patterns when we Stay at Home, such as getting up on time and sleeping on time. We also need to bask in the sun at 10 am. We can also improve communication with people in the house. Through this pandemic, we can also become more positive, such as sharing and helping one another around, when we are in an unpleasant situation we can increase our awareness.

When positive activities grow gradually more, this indicates that we are growing into better individuals. Characteristics of people who have a healthy mentality are people who always use their past as a learning tool, and adapt to the present productively and use positive things that have been done to progress life and the future.
