Jakarta – Friday 12 June 2020 we invited 2 practitioners in the field of Banking and Academy Lead (HR). The first speaker, Dwi Gelegar Gilang, was one of the employees working in a banking company or banker, namely at BTPN Bank as a Branding Lead, and the second speaker, Mora Sani Nasution, was an employee at BTPN’s Academy Lead (Learning & Talent Management) section. During the webinar, Pak Dwi provided a lot of information about BTPN Bank, he told how to serve customers well and one of the keys is having to have good communication with many people.

Likewise, with Mr. Mora, he provides tips for prospective employees who will conduct interviews for LSPR students or final-level Londoners who will graduate as provisions in the workplace later. Some tips given by Mr. Mora are relationships, because if we work as bankers we must have as many channels or friends as possible whether it is national or international. When we want to be interviewed we have to explore information about the company, we are also advised to have goals or objectives When we have worked in the company and many more tips given by Mr. Mora are very useful for students who will soon be completing their studies.
