Jakarta, Professional Certification Body – LSPR is trusted to provide training and certification to Judges at the Indonesian Supreme Court. The participants from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia consisting of the Head / Chairpersonof the Courts of All Indonesia as many as 154 participants, which we divided into two sessions so that each participant of the Morning and Afternoon Session Webinar was approximately 75 people consisting of the Head / Chair of the Court from the District Court Commerce, Military and Religion. In this panel discussion webinar, there were 3 speakers, namely Mrs. Prita Kemal Gani, Mr. Johan Budi as a member of the Indonesian Parliament and a former spokesman for the KPK, then the 3rd resource person was Prof. Hikmahanto Juwana as Rector of UNJANI University. This Panel discussion webinar with the theme “Membangun Komunikasi Kemitraan Pengadilan”.

The Presentation

In this session it was explained how the difference between PR and Spokesperson in institutions. Pak Johan Budi said that the institution that currently has a spokesperson is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he continued, Mr. Budi, suggested that the Supreme Court should have a spokesperson in each court so that those who can explain to the media, but if there is a national problem, it must be handled with the Supreme Court. Ms. Prita explained how to build relationships with the media to feel a need for each other, namely by providing training on how to sort good and positive information and then holding a gathering to establish good relations with the media so when we need the media to spread information to the public. At the end of the session, Pak Hikmahanto said that in providing a balance of opinion to the public, it must be fast and precise, which aims to prevent the public from taking information only from one side and the balance of opinions must be based on existing facts.
