Jakarta – One form of appreciation for the teachers, LSPR Communication and Business Institute holds an annual event the 14th Lecturer Convention on Thursday, April 8, 2021 with the theme ‘Unlocking Post Pandemic Online Learning’. Lecturer Convention, is a forum for lecturers to meet, discuss, and exchange the latest information. The Lecturer Convention series of events consist of Inspirational Speech, Lecturer Performance, and Lecturer Awards. This year, this is the 14th time this activity has been held. Presenting inspirational speakers such as Yuswohadi Managing Partner Inventure, Book Author, and Initiator of the Indonesia Brand Forum, Prof. dr. Ali Ghufron Mukti, M.Sc., Ph.D., AAK. President Director of BPJS Kesehatan, and Prof. Dr. Aris Junaidi, Director of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. The three speakers presented their respective perspectives relevant to the topic of ‘Unlocking Post-Pandemic Online Learning’, which was packaged in the form of a panel discussion.

LSPR lecturers attended the convention

Mr. Yuswohadi in his presentation about ‘The Future of Higher Education Post-Pandemic’. Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Ali Ghufron Mukti, M.Sc., Ph.D., AAK. explained that it is necessary to develop a learning innovation system to adapt to this pandemic. In line with Prof. Dr. Aris Junaidi, who emphasized the policies and decrees of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the post-pandemic learning transformation that guides the campus in carrying out teaching and learning activities in the future. Opened by remarks from the Chancellor of LSPR, Dr. Andre Ikhsano, M.Sc., who said, “Lecturer Awards are very important for LSPR, because LSPR appreciates all of their productive and outstanding lecturers, especially during this pandemic.” Furthermore, Mrs. Prita Kemal Gani, MBA, MCIPR, APR Founder and CEO of LSPR Communication & Business Institute, mentioned the opportunities that LSPR got during the pandemic as a form of adjustment to LSPR to become more agile even in the midst of various obstacles. This lecturer convention activity was attended by all LSPR lecturers with quite high interest and interactivity. Apart from being a gathering place and sharing insights, the LSPR Lecturer Awards are the segment of the event to look forward to. In this segment, all lecturers with achievements in carrying out the Tridharma of Higher Education, won awards in the form of trophies, certificates, cash and also several other prizes. A total of 24 Lecturers received appreciation as a token of appreciation for the best LSPR lecturers. It was also enlivened by a performance from LSPR Teatro with a short musical performance, and a song performance from the collaboration between LSPR Teatro and Raysha Management Team as a form of campaign on World Autism Awareness day on April 2.
