First question is about how to build personal branding for our future portfolio, in the social media era. According to Mr. Faldo Maldini, personal branding is more about our habits, ourselves. We are the ones who decide people’s perspective about us. We want to be seen as someone with critical thoughts, then we should learn to be. Which kind of personal branding you want people to see from you, or how we want the public to repute us. to reach the personal branding purpose, of course we need to be processed. And in that process, we have to focus to reach our goal, and don’t be afraid to try new things. We build personal branding not just to create a good image, but also a good impact.

Mr. Faldo Maldini explained about ways to improve diplomacy skills

The next question is about improving diplomacy skills. Signing as a diplomat isn’t an easy thing. We should pass some kind of tests, to be accepted as a diplomat. In this pandemic era, diplomacy is kind of hard to do. Doing online diplomacy is a new thing, maybe a new trend. But being a diplomat isn’t an impossible thing. With focus and efforts, we can beat any possibilities. We should improve our self-capacities. And the only way to improve is by practice and process.

These days, people are building their personal brand by sharing their achievements on social media. Don’t quickly get jealous, because with enough effort and hard work, you also could achieve it.
