JAKARTA – The first day of FLAVS Festival 2022 was held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Istora Senayan, Jakarta. There were a number of stages that filled the excitement of the first day of the music festival. The music festival created by Visicita Network with the theme “REVIVAL”. The event succeeded in becoming a melting pot of various cultures and colors in the hip hop, soul, and R&B scene.

Like the theme it carries, FLAVS FESTIVAL 2022 is like a revival. In one venue, the audience, performers, and various parties involved are united in celebrating the same spirit, namely the diversity of Indonesian music, which in the end unite.

On the Boombox Stage, there were Friday Gombrong, Oranghutan Squad, Mukarakat, Marion Jola, Teza Sumendra, and a collaboration titled ‘Time Machine: The RnB Divas’ featuring Denada, Imaniar, Reza Artamevia, Sania, Shanty. The collaboration was fronted by Nikita Dompas who acted as music director, and closed by dreamy Afgan

Moving on to the Rhyme & Grind Stage, today’s performers were Dreamfilled, SIVIA, Andmesh Kamaleng, Iwa K, Tuan Tigabelas & REP, Rizky Febian, and T-FIVE.

Meanwhile, Kripikpedeus, Krowbar, Keilanboi, Oslo Ibrahim, Kunto Aji, Kenny Gabriel who appeared in The Playground Live Session format, and BAP. appear on the Bounce Stage stage.

 

Interestingly, on the Downtown Cypher Stage, 8rooks, Al Smith, Januarta The Goat, Almamosca, FLAVS Nu Icon consisting of Farrel Hillal, Ghabriel MC, Jackpool, Onal S.O.B., and G!ano , BLVCKMINDS, BRIGHBEAT, Insthinc, and Vocalizm performed interspersed with open style battles, bboy battles, to beatbox battles.

However, FLAVS Festival 2022 does not only feature music. Visitors can also watch live graffiti, watch in the cinema room, watch merchandise exhibitions, and enjoy snacks from existing culinary booths.
