The audience of LSPR Public Speaking Club : NYC 2023
LSPR PSC successfully hosted the virtual National Youth Championship 2023 with the theme “The Power of Act”. The event began with an Opening Ceremony and Technical Meeting on August 23, featuring opening remarks by LSPR PSC’s President and NYC 2023 Committee Head. A comprehensive overview of the competition’s schedule, rules, and technical aspects was presented by the Head of Speech Competition, followed by a Q&A session. The Preliminary Round, which involved speech video submissions, took place on August 24. The Semi-Final Table Topic Round challenged participants with live Table Topics in breakout rooms, and the Semi-Final Breaking Announcement followed. In the Final Round, held on the same day, finalists delivered impromptu speeches in the main room, exploring the theme “The Power of Act”. The event culminated with the NYC 2023 Closing Ceremony & Winners Announcement on August 24.
