This time, the theme of Career Guidance was “The Impacts of Globalization and International Competitiveness on Career Development”, which is expected later the students can prepare to work in a competitive environment in the era of globalization. They were told and reminded of the three essential elements that support competence in the world of work which includes skills (ability and mastery in something they wanted to be), Knowledge, and also Attitude as the basis of everything.
