On Friday, 27th to Sunday, 29th May 2016 LSPR English Club, LSPR Public Speaking Club, Youth Diplomacy Community and LSPR TV collaborated to held LSPR NYC 2016 which stands for LSPR National Youth Championship 2016. Held in Campus B and C, there are five categories in this competition, which are: Model United Nations, Paper Presentation, Speech, Story Telling and News Casting.

The event was held with judges from various institutions and community including Toastmasters Indonesia, MNC, Berita Satu, The Indonesia Channel, English Learning Institutions. Participants varied from high school students to varsity students both from public and private schools and universities. LSPR NYC was also open for LSPR students, the event is held to promote LSPR among schools and universities across Indonesia.
