PR 18-INTL makes the event entitled ASEAN Eats & Beats, which lasted from the 13th – December 15, 2016. This competition lasted 30 minutes and was attended by 12 participantscomprising 9 students and 3 person Coed. The competition is divided into three acts will be taken some participants played for the fastest back in the first-leg next.

In the first round of the competition eat Asean Eats & Beats, participants were asked to spend ketupat vegetable, in this round will be taken 6 fastest participants who managed to spend the vegetable ketupat. On this round Andrew Wildigar worked out as the winner. Then in the last round the remaining participant was Andrew, Bukie, and Eva. They are required to spend a tom yam soup in the final round. In the end Eva managed to come out as the winner of the Asean eating Eats & Beats after beating Andrew and Bukie is in the final round.

Music performance from Melly Goeslaw and Anto Hoed at ASEAN Eats & Beats: Food and Music Festival at LSPR Jakarta

After that, the talk was held on 14 December 2016. Talk-this time featuring 2 speakers, namely: Joke Muliahu, a Pastry Chef from TWG andAlpha Jesfrid, a food blogger. The show opens with a foreword of p.Past Novels as general Secretary of the LSPR Asean Studies Centre. Then, Jeremiah also as event manager of the event also provided a foreword. After that, the first speaker Joke Muliahu, which talk about the different types of food in the ASEAN.Then there is the appearance of Melly Goeslaw and Anto Hoed. They managed to entertain the audience and make them all come into singing. They performed 3 songs, mother, Wavering and true love which was also the soundtrack of the film & Ainun Habibie. In addition there is the appearance of Melly Goeslaw there are also appearances from from one of the alumni of the LSPR, Ray’s Heart.

 Then again continued with the second speaker, Jesfrid alpha. He recounts his experiences as a blogger on the first time. He started his career as a food blogger because of his attraction to the food. Then after 2 years running, he managed to succeed him and has now been inendorse by some restaurant food and brand new. In addition, Jesfrid also provides tips and tricks to take photos of the food to make it look interesting and makes people want to feel the food.
 Then, the event closed with the awarding of the plaque and certificate to the speakers talk, contest winners, and also the winner of the photo competition on instagram.(Nurul&Anita)
