Many students are having quite a dilemma in deciding their next path to walk at the end of their Degree program. Choices between getting straight into professional world, or add another extra 2 years of academic program in order to achieve Master Degree has always been the option they have to face. The dilemma, mostly, consist of considering the time and costs of a Master Degree program, and getting work experience for their CV. Also, the fact that some companies considering work experiences as their requirements to join the company added more consideration in getting a Master Degree.

To take care of these considerations, LSPR Jakarta offers an Acceleration Program for Master Degree, which will be available for all Batch 18 students of LSPR. The Open House event was held at March 2017, at Prof. Dr. Djajusman Auditorium and Performance Hall. In this program, students of Batch 18 have the opportunity to receive their Master Degree title just one year after their Degree Program was concluded. The program offers the chance to start the Master Degree program, while the students are at their 7th Semester of their Degree Program. This resulted in getting a chance to receive a Master Degree just at the cost of just 5 years of college time.

The Open House event started with an opening speech from Dr. Rino. F Boer, and continued with Dr. Joe Harrianto, explaining the system implemented in the Acceleration Program. Dr. Joe then passes the baton to Mr. Mikhael Cobis, where he explained in details how the payment system is going to be, and what are the benefits and discounts the students will receive in the program. The parents of the students, who also attended the event, had the chance to asks their concerns of this program in a Q&A session, and continued with the drawing of the door prize, as the closing of the event.
