Jakarta, January 14, 2025 – To increase the importance of Intellectual Property (IPR) protection in education, a socialization event entitled “Benefits and Protection of IPR in Education” was successfully held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the Rafael Jolongbayan Room, Campus B, Sudirman Park Jakarta.
The presenter, Christina Desy, S.H., LL.M., Associate Vice President (AVP) Premium Content Hukumonline, explained the various types of IPR, including copyright, trademarks, and patents, and how they are relevant to educational activities.
Through the event participants experienced a better understanding of how to register IPR, as well as the procedure that must be taken to protect the copyright of scientific works produced by the academic community. This event is expected to provide broader insight into IP protection and its impact on the world of education in Indonesia.
