Game studio Blamorama Games from Sweden sparks gaming excitement and national partnerships in Indonesia.
Blamorama Games, a game studio from Northern Sweden, held a successful Open Beta with their latest game, BUMI: Next Stop, Earth!, gaining significant traction and positive feedback.
More than 150 students and prominent names such as Shinta Dhanuwardoyo, a tech and esports industry veteran and trailblazer, attended their Open Beta Event “From Sweden to Indonesia: Gaming for a Greener Tomorrow – an Intersection of Entertainment, Environment and Innovation” at LSPR Communication and Business Institute Jakarta on the 10th of July 2023. Blamorama Games has received positive responses and high enthusiasm from the students playing their new mobile game, BUMI: Next Stop, Earth! Although their primary target audience is the age of 12+, they have received a lot of interest from other ranges of ages as well.
During their eight-day trip to Jakarta, Blamorama Games had more than 10 meetings with big names within the Indonesian digital entertainment industry to gain market access. One of them was Nuon Digital Indonesia, a market leader in the Indonesian digital entertainment industry, including Gaming.
Together with the Agency for Higher Education (LLDIKTI III) under the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology and the World Clean Up Day Indonesia, Blamorama Games will build long-term programs and collaborations to spread the sustainability and greener gaming vision across the whole nation.

Blamorama Games has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with LSPR Communication and Business Institute to integrate their first mobile game, BUMI: Next Stop, Earth!, into the institute’s learning program and explore further opportunities within their partnership in the upcoming years.
BUMI: Next Stop, Earth! Open Beta is available for iOS and Android in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Sweden.
