The students not only gained theoretical knowledge but also in the practical field, one of the Performing Arts Student Batch 22, Jefverson Alexandro said “The opportunity to study with a Guest Lecturer from Chulalongkorn University is something that cannot be forgotten.  I gained new knowledge and also saw the other ways of teaching the material taught at LSPR. Dr Grisana, the Guest Lecturer who taught us was also very interactive with students from LSPR. We also did the task of making a brief performance quite well and He enjoyed our performances.  I am very happy with the Guest Lecturer program, which can open up our insights about learning methods that occur at other campuses.  I hope there will be other Guest Lecturers Program” Ms. Jati Paras Ayu, one of the LSPR Lecturer who got the experiences to conduct team teaching with one of the guest lecturers from Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland stated:

“The LSPR OMNI Program is one of the most interesting programs at LSPR, where students can get new experiences such as interacting directly with International lecturers, improves knowledge both in theory and practice, and certainly sharpening their English speaking skills. And of course we get a new connection and relation with the International Lectures.”

LSPR OMNI is LSPR’s initiative to balance the student’s online and offline academic learning in addressing the “new normal” environment. It is designed to promote the welfare of the students and lecturers in adapting to certain changes most especially the shift to online platforms. LSPR’s main priority is to keep the safety of its community and at the same time deliver optimum results in the learning output of the students. Aside from the webinar series, online forums and workshops, we are now planning for the online guest lectures for next semester that will involve our university and corporate partners as exchange lecturers who will teach and collaborate with our students virtually. This way, students will be able to interact and learn from a different standpoint with a different mentor instead of having the usual classroom environment with their lecturers.
