During the COVID-19 pandemic, Thesis Department has adjusted the management format of the final project completion to meet some of the requirements to achieve a bachelor of communication degree. The thesis and non-thesis final process is carried out in an online format during the pandemic. Thesis Department prepares a special hotline to communicate and provide services to students. This is because since last March, academic and non-academic activities at LSPR were not held on campus, but through an online format. To minimize the spread of the COVID-19, this strategy is carried out according to government directives for health reasons.
In the completion series of final thesis for LSPR Communication & Business Institute Undergraduate Program (UGP) students, is now entering the deadline for writing checks. Head of UGP Thesis Departement, Mr. Deddy Muharman stated, “We remind you that the time of writing checks submission for students’ thesis / non-thesis in the even semester 2019-2020 is Friday, 12 June, 2020, at 23:59 the latest. It is submitted in softcopy via online through your lspr email. As for the soft cover submission deadline is Monday, 29 June, 2020, at the latest 19.00 WIB via online by accessing the link provided for online thesis soft cover submission 2019/2020 “.
This suggestion is also intended for Thesis Advisors to guide students to follow the process set by the Thesis Department. While the teaching and learning activities are diverted to online format, Thesis Advisors are also carrying out the process of guiding the final thesis through the same format. The goal is that students can complete on time and quality is maintained as a final project with scientific work methods. “We know, this year is not an easy year for students, but we want students to be able to prove that they can complete this final project well,” said Mr. Deddy.
