PROFILE
LSPR Communication and Business Institute recognizes the significance of individual achievements and the protection of intellectual property within its academic community. Under the LSPR Publication Department (Publication Center), the LSPR Intellectual Property Center is responsible for managing intellectual property rights, facilitating their registration, and ensuring proper documentation within the LSPR academic community.
OUR SERVICE
- Assisting in the registration and utilization of Intellectual Property (IP) within the LSPR Institute of Communication and Business.
- Providing guidance on application procedures and requirements for IP processing by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI).
- Managing the IP database at the LSPR Institute of Communication and Business.Supporting the commercialization of intellectual property works.
PROCEDURE & REGISTRATION
Before beginning the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) registration and application process, applicants must prepare the following documents:
1. Identify the Creation Category (Identifikasi Jenis Ciptaan)
(Source: e-hakcipta.dgip.go.id)
2. Prepare the following documents for download:
- Scanned KTP of the creator
- Scanned KTP of more than 1 creator (creators KTPs must be inserted in a word-format file)
- Scanned Letter of Agreement (Surat Pernyataan Hak Cipta), scan the completed letter and creators signatures on a stamp
- Scanned Letter of Application for Transfer of Rights (Surat Pengalihan Hak Cipta), scan the completed letter and creators signatures on a stamp
- Scanned signature on a Rp 10.000 stamp,- (creators’ KTPs must be inserted in a word-format file and be clearly visible)
- Creation File (The maximum size for any creations in audio or video format is 20 MB).
