Saturday, June 6th, 2015 KMB (Keluarga Mahasiswa Budhhist) held a Pre-Event in welcoming Waisak to be held on 14 June. In that pre-event, KMB held the competition which participated by students who have a passion for singing, Jataka, and Dhamma Desana.

The event starts at 10 am and was opened by a speech from the Chairman of the event, Fany Laurens, Chairman of KMB, Julius Alexander, and club coordinator KMB, Ms. Trevani Plorentina, S.I.Kom. Competition with the theme “Emerging the Buddhahood to reach happiness” followed by 7 participants singing, 2 participants from Jataka and 5 participants from Dhamma Desana.

Each competition assessed by the judges who are experienced in their fields. For judges on singing competitions, Mr. Radel as assistant dean for PAC Campus B, Mr. Darmadi as a songwriter Buddhist, Ardi as a band vocalist, and Mr. Acep as a music teacher and songwriter.

Announcement of winners will be held on Waisak KMB which will be held on June 14 at Prof. Dr. Djajusman Auditorium Performance & Hall, Campus B. (Uzlifat)
