Hello Londoners!
LSPR Cares is back with blood donors with a theme “Live A Life, Live Through You”, this event aims to encourage youngsters to be more concerned about health by donating blood.
Date: Monday, November 27th 2023
Location: Auditorium LSPR Sudirman Park, Campus B LSPR Jakarta
Time: 10 AM – 2 PM
Blood Donation Requirements:
1. Healthy
2. Age 17-60 years
3. Minimum weight 45 kg
4. Last donation history:
– Women: 2.5 months
– Men: 2 months
5. No consumption of antibiotics or blood thinners in the last 3 days
6. Not a diabetic receiving insulin therapy
7. Never diagnosed positive for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis
8. Blood pressure:
– Systolic: 100-160
– Diastolic: 60-100
9. Female donors: not menstruating/pregnant/nursing
10. Minimum 5 hours of sleep.
