LSPR Choir Goes to Spain Pre Competition Concert “Sing to Harmony reach to Victory”

LSPR Choir choir will join the competition in Spain on the 17th of October 2016. The 5th Canta Al Mar- Coral International Festival. Before the competition, LSPR Choir held LSPR Choir Goes to Spain Pre Competition Concert. The event was held in Prof. Dr. Djajusman Auditorium and Performing Hall Jakarta on September 30, 2016.

LSPR Choir will follow three categories: Jazz, Pop and Folklore. For the category Jazz, they will sing the song  “Words”, “A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square” and “How High the Moon”. For the category of Pop, songs to be sung is “When You Believe”, “Eres Tu” and “Rehab”. And for the last category Folklore they will sang the song “Meplalian”, “Montor-Montor Cilik”, “Lisoi” and closes with the song “Yamko Ramke”.

LSPR Choir Vocal Group also sang “Rumor Has It”, “Some One Like You” “Kicir-Kicir” and “Doa Seorang Anak”. Furthermore, LSPR Alumni Choir Reza Rizky also enliven the event by singing the song “Moody’s Mood For Love”. After that, there were special performances from Wendy Marc who performed the song “Kasih Putih” and “Sekali Ini Saja”. In addition, Wendy Marc also collaborated with Shafinaz Nachiar with the song “Seven Wonders” (Catch Me If You Can).

LSPR Choir’s competition journey in previous years and also the preparation process to face the competition in Spain, was also shown on this occasion.
