London School Of Public Relations Jakarta held an open debate in order to choose the President and Vice President of the Student League 2017/2018. The debate was held on Monday, October 3rd, 2017  in Prof. Dr. Djajusman & Hall Auditorium. The activities opened by evan and sheyla as MC.

Then clara tirta wijaya as the former President Student league 2016/2017 gave the welcome and thanksgiving speech .This was followed by dewi as the former Vice President read out the announcement of the winners of the nomination. there were also announcements for best officer and best club for 2016-2017. The winner for Best Officer goes to Regina Margaretha from MR and MRS LSPR club, and The winner for Best Club goes to Martial Arts.

Then the debate begun with Vicky SIhombing as Moderator, and there are three judges who will be the evaluator in the debate. The first jury was Sir Taufan, the second Jury was mam Reneta Tirta and the third is Mam Janette. In the debate that there are only two candidates, the number-one Candidate is Lindyana s. soraya as the president candidate and Michelle Teodora as vice president candidate. Then the candidate number two, Gerardo c. Jonatan Tanor as a president candidate and vice president candidate as Krissela

The Performances from LSPR Dance

There are several sessions that must be traversed the candidates, the first session was the candidates read out the vision and mission and work program they would do if elected President and Vice-President of the student league in 2017/2018 periode. The second session is special performances of the LSPR dance as entertainment before start the debate. The third session of question and answer sessions given by the jury, the jury’s question about the lifestyle and who the motivator or role models from their respective candidates. The fourth session is a question and answer session given by participants of the debate for all the candidates. And the fifth session is a question and answer session conducted between the candidate and the direct cause of the tension in the room debate. the candidates mutually gave the question and answer it. These increasingly heated up with shouts of support from supporters But to end this debate continue running smoothly and secure good between both candidates or between team success. Then both candidates shouted their song as a sign of the end of the debate then Sheyla and evan read out the results of the vote on the first day.
