Jakarta, May 27, 2016. The London School of Public Relations – Jakarta, held public speaking competition with the theme “Promoting Indonesia to ASEAN through Economy, Education, Culture and Tourism”, which took place last Friday, May 27, 2016 LSPR – Jakarta. This event was held in cooperation LSPR ASEAN Centre for Public Relations Studies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

The competition was attended by 11 participants from various universities in jabodetabek. They were given as much time as 5 minutes to express their thoughts on the ASEAN from various aspects. Three judges evaluated each performance of the participants they were; Ashariyadi-Secretary to the Director General for ASEAN Cooperation, Yuliana Riana P, MM-Head of LSPR ASEAN Centre For Public Relations Studies and also Nadia Karla Zuhra Carlova-as one of the news anchor in Indonesia.

Public Speaking Competition is one of a series of events themed PR Festival 2016 MEA (ME & ASEAN), which will take place in the Kuningan City from June 1 to June 5, 2016. The event represents the various aspects of the ten ASEAN countries covering a wide range of performances, bazaar , as well as talk shows. Broadly speaking PR Festival 2016 aims to provide an understanding of the ASEAN countries both in terms of culture, arts, economics, and more.
