A few days ago, 10 LSPR students whose also a member of the Student League RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) in Jogjakarta. The event lasted for 4 days, from 20 – 24 April 2017.

Clara, Irene, Dewi, Ardha, Sir Iman, Amel, Joelle, Regina, Axcell, Adit and Juan arrived at Adisucipto Airport, Yogyakarta.

This event gave additional experience to the students, this event also gave them opportunity to be acquainted with new friends from another campus. On the first day, they went directly to gudeg Yu Djum and later met with other RYLA participants. RYLA activities began on the second day, the event was opened by Mr Sadana as District Governor of Rotary 2016-2017. On the second day, it was full with 7 sessions to improved the knowledge and soft skills Mr. Emmanuel Hutagalung, a representative from LSPR also presented his material on that day about, “Creative Personal Branding.”

Then on the third day, they visited the Lava and also had outbound trip. And on other days and nights they did a talent Show for their talent shows respectively as musical drama, theater, singing, dancing, and also pantomime.

In the evening, every team showed off their talents, there were
amazing and creative performances such as drama musical, theatre, singing, dancing.

And the last day, during the closing the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA 2017) – Yogyakarta is the last event before they all returned to Jakarta. Friends of the LSPR was also awarded in this event, namely;

  4. The Best Team                      : INDOMIE (CLARA TIRTA WIJAYA & ARDHABAYU PRADANA’S TEAM)

INDIVIDUAL:

  1. The Most Helpful : JOELLE GABRIELLA
  2. The Most Talented Participant : ARDHABAYU PRADANA
  3. The Most Favorite Participant : CLARA TIRTA WIJAYA
  4. The Best Captain Participant : IRENE MELIA PUSPITA
  5. The Best Participant (Male) : JUAN GERARDO
  6. The Best Participant (Female) : DEWI

Of the 14 awards at the top, the LSPR won 10 awards and also received the RYLA GRAND CHAMPION 2017-Yogyakarta. Congratulations guys! (Nurul).
