On Thursday November 16th 2017, The London School of Public Relations Jakarta was being visited by the representative of universitas Gadjah Mada’s Lecturer of English Studies Program with the purpose of learning the academic engagement of LSPR Jakarta regarding the establishment of the 4 year Diploma Program of English for Business and Professional Communication in Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Discussion about the english studies curriculum and certification between LSPR and Universitas Gajah Mada

The meeting was held at Kanz Room, Campus C, LSPR Jakarta from 10 a.m – 12 p.m . It was attended by 2 representatives of Universitas Gadjah Mada , they are Ms. Tri Nuraniwati, S.S. M.A as the secretary of English Study program and Ms. Nabilla Kusuma Vardhani, S.I.P. M.A as the Lecturer of English Study Program, and also from LSPR Jakarta that were represented by Dr. Janette Maria Pinariya , M.M. as Dean of Campus C LSPR Jakarta, Mr. Imanuel Hutagalung M.Sc, the Head of Deputy Director III, and other lecturers of LSPR Jakarta as well. The benchmarking program mainly discussed about curriculum, internship scheme, and the certificate of competence in LSPR Jakarta.

The meeting that was held for two hours was opened by the representative of Deputy Director II Dr. Yolanda Stellarosa, M.Si, and then continued by the presentations from Dean of Campus C LSPR Jakarta Dr. Janette Maria Pinariya , M.M. continued by the representative from Association of Profession Certification of LSPR Jakarta Mr. Deddy Irwandi and lastly from the Head of Deputy Director III Mr. Imanuel Hutagalung M.Sc

The event then continued with question and answer session between the representatives of Uiversitas Gadjah Mada and LSPR Jakarta, this session went on with full of enthusiasm from both sides. After the discussion session has finished, it was continued with the closing with the placard giving ceremony, photo session, and touring around Campus B and Campus C of LSPR Jakarta.
