Jakarta – Talking about marketing communication, it certainly cannot be separated from the importance of brand positioning and campaign management. On Monday, June 7th, 2021, the Marketing Communication concentration of LSPR Communication & Business Institute through the Marketing Communication Strategic class with lecturer Ms. Jessica Carla, M.M. was having an inspirational, enthusiastic figure, an expertise in business and marketing field, the President of Qlue, namely Ms. Maya Arvini. The Guest Lecturer session was also attended by Dr. Sri Ulya Suskarwati, M.Si as the Head of UGP in Communication Faculty of LSPR Communication & Business Institute who also gave a speech on the opportunity. The event became even more lively with the presence of the Vice Rector III of LSPR Communication & Business Institute, Sir Taufan Teguh Akbari, Ph.D who is also a colleague with Ms. Maya Arvini.
For approximately one hour and thirty minutes Ms. Maya shared the importance of marketing communications or marketers as a part of a team’s campaign management. Ms. Maya also described the understanding of the strategies, tactics, and programs of marketing communications used in a campaign management, to be developed and managed in an organizational context. Not only that, in her presentation, Ms. Maya said, “Brand positioning is very important in marketing communications, strategic processes in creating brand positioning and the programs that must be developed and managed in an organizational context”. Ms. Maya told this while bringing real cases and examples based from her own experiences of being an expert in the business and marketing field. The enthusiasm of the International Marketing Communication class Batch 23 students was seen in the question and answer session with the Guest Lecturer.
At the end of this session, Ms. Mary Lemona, M.Si. as the Vice Head of the Marketing Communication Study Program handed over a plaque of appreciation to Ms. Maya Arvini for her presence and knowledge and also her experiences that have been shared.
