JAKARTA – On this occasion, the Department of Economics & Entrepreneurship of the LSPR Student League for the period 2021/2022 has held a work program, namely LSPRENEUR: “Creating Sustainable Society for Young Generation” which is an event in the form of a Workshop Series and has been held on Tuesday, July 5 to Friday, July 8, 2022.

The theme raised at Workshop 1 was “What is Sustainable Business?” brought by Mr. Resiyaman Patrick O., SE., BAIB,. MIB. where this topic discusses what a sustainable business is, what steps to take if you want to create a sustainable business to support the SDG points. In Workshop 2, LSPRENEUR raised the theme “Originality of Idea” as one of the important topics for a businessman. This topic was brought up by Mr. Resiyaman Patrick O., SE., BAIB,. MIB. which discusses original ideas that must be used by business people. The theme raised at Workshop 3 was “Market Research and Analysis” which was presented by Mr. Sandy Adithia, S.Sn., M.B.A. where this topic discusses how a reliable businessman sees the target market he is going to. As a closing, at Workshop 4 LSPRENEUR raised the theme “Financial Planning” which was presented by Mr. M. Hasim Habibil Mustofa, M.B.A. where this topic discusses the financial planning that must be prepared by a businessman, especially a startup business.

As the output of the LSPRENEUR Workshop: “Creating Sustainable Society for Young Generation” the participants were given 1 simple case study question by the resource person at the end of each Workshop, which will help them to better understand the material. This task is then given 10 minutes to complete and after that, participants are allowed to present the results of the case study analysis.

This LSPRENEUR workshop aims to be a means that can help students in training their entrepreneurial spirit, provide insight into the business world, as well as promote the Faculty of Business from the LSPR Business and Communication Institute to the wider community. In addition, there is also a Best Participant selection which is judged based on the activeness of the participants. The event went well and smoothly, seeing that there were several participants who gave a positive impression directly at the Zoom Meeting and based on the evaluation answers that were filled out on the event evaluation form.
