Bali – On Monday, October 18, 2021, LSPR Communication & Business Institute Bali participated in the Marketing Gathering event held  by the TVRI Bali which took place at Four Star by Trans Hotel Bali. The event was attended by 50 people from the ministry of  communication and information and public relations of the government in Bali as well as representatives of universities and  state-owned enterprises in Bali. 

The event started with a presentation from TVRI regarding preparations for the digital TV era. Opened by Mrs. Rini Padmirehatta  as Director of Development and Business of Central TVRI LPP, she said “Migration from analog TV to digital TV is a necessity  because now the state has determined that migration will begin in the first stage at the end of April 2022 in several areas, then will  take effect nationally in November 2022. Even Kominfo has prepared 5 million set top boxes which will be given to the public for  free.” 

Ms. Gessile Sedra Buot-Zambrano, MBA., as Executive Director of LSPR Bali gave a presentation on the role and progress of the  digital marketing world in the broadcasting world, as well as the importance of collaboration and integration between media. He  said, “TV which is known for its wide reach and high visibility will be more effective if it is developed digitally to the fullest. This can  increase the marketing capabilities of many organizations.” The presentation session was greeted with enthusiastic discussion by  the audience. 

Ms. Gesille who represents LSPR Bali and Mr. I Ketut Leneng, SH., as the Head of the TVRI Bali Public Broadcasting Institute and  his staff hope to continue the collaboration in the future.
