Jakarta – As part of the preparation for the new semester in September 2020. LSPR Careers & Employability Center conducted an online internship seminar in preparation for Batch 21 for the subject Internship Programme. As the students need to be well prepared to enter the real world work experience: Ms. Candy Hernandez as Head of LSPR Careers & Employability Center and Ms. Dewi Rachmawati as Deputy Head of LSPR Careers & Employability Center as Speakers for the online internship pre-briefing, explained the requirements of students who will take the subject of internship programme.
“We really tried to prepare for this new semester as we all know we are in a different situation because of the pandemic, and we need to ensure the safety and good health condition of our students, this will not be the usual internship programme for Batch 21 as we are all facing the Pandemic.’ said Ms. Candy Hernandez, M.Si As LSPR Careers & Employability Centre explained to Batch 21 on the 6 Ways to get Internship during this Pandemic.
Careers & Employability Center provided information on the BUMN Certified Student Internship Program, where LSPR is part of the apprenticeship program, to provide opportunities for students to carry out internships in several SOEs in Indonesia. In addition there were Alumni sharing their successful internship experiences. And provide tips on running an internship. The alumni involved were; Retno Hanastiti Wulandari representing Public Relations, Karlinda Anggiari Putri representing Marketing Communication, Aviola Sita Tresnayanti representing International Relations, Meiske Fabiola Hosan representing Mass Communication, Andania Suri and Fajar majoring in Marketing Communication, Meiske Fabiola Hosan representing Mass Communication, Andania Suri and Fajar Satriya is a representative for the Performing Art Communications major. Hopefully, the sharing given by the alumni can be a sample for students in batch 21 who will take the subject in the coming new semester.
