Jakarta – LSPR Communication & Business Institute in collaboration with Global Educational Supplies & Solutions (GESS) Indonesia presents Zhafran Tsany Yudizon as Lecturer and Head of Finance LSPR Communication & Business Institute as Speaker.The webinar session opened with Mr. Zhafran conveying that this year’s pandemic has made all work online. As one of the lecturers, he conveyed how to make work optimally. He emphasized 3 things, namely teach from home, learn from home and practice from home.

The aspects that exist in teaching from home are keeping neatly dressed, turning on the camera in a place that will not experience distraction because the lecturer will be seen not only with students and has time management such as in LSPR, the lecturer must enter 15 minutes before the class starts if it is late then the lecturer have to notify students.

Second, the aspect of learning from home, namely that lecturers must provide material to students, make students active in lectures and familiarize themselves with students. The last is the exercise aspect from home by giving assignments or asking students to what extent they understand the material that has been given.

In addition, LSPR has several mitigation plans during a pandemic such as having an e-learning program in advance, an integrated system, financial assistance, storage and innovation. The latest innovation from LSPR is to open the LSPR Plaza.
