Jakarta – Concerns about the discipline of driving on a road, has triggered LSPR Communication & Business Institute students in Marketing Communications major, Batch 21, to hold educational activities. An activity titled, “SALTING” which stands for “Safety & Talking”, packaged by combining fun educational activities and charity using Tiktok. This activity is primarily intended to provide education to students and the young generation. The main event will be held on 1 August, a fresh young generation talk show, starting at 13:00 – 17:00 WIB on Instagram @salting2k20.
The talk show will elaborate on tips and tricks in riding a motorcycle, together with public figures namely Den Dimas, Gihza Paturusi, Alvin Lapian, and Surya Insomnia (in confirmation). There was also an outfit of the day by Nadya Rosmania and a stand-up comedy by Yudha Ramadhan. In addition, charity will be held from the fund raising that is held at the event. Aerika Sherena as the SALTING Project Director hopes, “The audience understands safety riding and is aware of the importance of safety driving for motorists and other road users”.
This activity is actually a subject called Marketing Showcase. Last year, a similar event was held offline called ‘LSPR RUN’. But this year, the Marketing Showcase activity will be held online by raising the social issue that was happening in the community, Safety Riding. “After the PSBB policy was loosen, many motorists, especially young riders, did not care about the rules on the road. This is what we would like to educate people with”, said Novrita Widiyastuti, LSPR lecturer in charge of the subject Marketing Showcase.
