Jakarta – The pandemic has hampered many activities, including work internships. However, this does not mean that the apprenticeship process cannot be carried out. One example of an LSPR Communication and Business Institute student from Batch 22 who continues to do internships during the pandemic is Radia Luthfina Nethania. In fact, from the results of his internship, she has been accepted to work in a company in Jakarta.
“I’m not the type to just stay at home, so instead of staying silent, finally during Covid I chose an internship,” said Radia Luthfina Nethania, who called Tania when contacted some time ago.
Tania ended up doing an internship at a non-profit organization, The Inspiration Factory Foundation. This institution has a concern about mental health. In this institution, Tania is a content creator who posts information about mental health and self-esteem on Instagram and Tiktok. He did an internship at this institution from November 2020 to April 2021. “The internship is online, so communication is via WA,” said Tania, who is active at the Teatro.
Tania also took another internship at Comic Ga Clear as a content writer. He writes about the creative industry and other matters related to the industry. “At the beginning of my internship at Comic Ga Clearly, I was also an apprentice at a non-profit institution that I initially did an internship with. So we had several months of internships in two places,” said Tania.
Tania then did another internship at Volix for a few months. After completing the internship, she was hired at this media company. “So currently working here,” said Tania, who is currently writing a thesis.
