Bali – In improving the brand’s position in the eyes of the public, it is necessary to have an understanding balanced with the right practice of ethics in providing services so that the public is always loyal to the company or related institution. LSPR Bali had the opportunity to be invited to attend as one of the speakers for sharing with colleagues from the Bali State Polytechnic (PNB) in the form of a Workshop with the topic “Transformative & Ethical Services to Elevate Brand Position of PNB”. This material was presented by the Executive Director of LSPR Bali, Ms. Gesille Sedra Buot – Zambrano, MBA in offline (with standard health protocols) and was attended by 70 internal participants from PNB staff and management. In presenting the material, Ms Gesille emphasized that “A service philosophy is a shared ethos that guides organizational and individual behavior affecting interactions with those you serve.”
In addition to LSPR Bali, the Workshop with the theme “Green Ethic for Golden Hospitality” also presented several speakers, including I Nyoman Abdi, SE, M.eCom (Director of the Bali State Polytechnic), I Wayan Udayana (General Manager of PT. PLN UID Bali). ), Hermawan Kartajaya, represented by Jacky Mussry as Senior VP & COO at Markplus Inc and Ni Made Sri Wardani (Conrad Bali). The enthusiasm of the participants was very high, seen from the activeness of the participants who asked many interesting questions about improving the services of the Bali State Polytechnic to students and parents. In the future, LSPR Bali and the Bali State Polytechnic will also cooperate in the form of MoU signing related to several things, especially within the scope of the Three Pillars of Higher Education to realize collaboration in the fields of education, research and community service.
